I've designed digital products across different domains throughout my career.
Being adaptive has helped me navigate the wide range of products and services from enterprise to consumer.

Recent highlights include:

• I led the design of Chase Pay integration with Walmart Pay, giving millions of Walmart shoppers more ways to save (2020);

• I co-led and helped enhance provisioning the Capital One Walmart Rewards Card to Walmart Pay, bridging the digital and physical shopping experiences for millions of Walmart customers (2019 & 2020);

• I designed the Machine Learning proof-of-concept at the Innovation Group of Wells Fargo, applying emerging technologies to solve financial compliance problems (2018).

Other proud moments in the past:

• I re-designed Junos Space, making network management more intuitive and efficient for Juniper Network's billion-dollar enterprise software (2014);

• I improved Cisco Software Licensing applications’ usability, helping enterprise customers pick the right licenses from hundreds of features across 10+ different technologies (2016);

• And just for fun, I added the magical touch of user experience to humanize the experience of wearing the Harry Potter-style Sorting hat within given hardware constraints (2015).
